*What you pay for Afrezza® will depend on your insurance plan. Each plan has different preferred drug lists and out-of-pocket amounts, and most include an annual deductible. This offer is available for patients with commercial drug insurance coverage. It is not valid for patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state healthcare programs. Maximum savings limit applies; patient out-of-pocket expense may vary. If the patient’s health plan does not cover Afrezza® or requires a prior authorization, the patient can qualify for the Bridge Buy-Down offer and receive Afrezza® for $15 while pursuing approval from their health plan. No purchase necessary. See full Program Terms, Conditions, and Eligibility Criteria. If approved by the patient’s health plan to take Afrezza®, a patient will pay as little as $15 per month.
