Afrezza®, the only ultra rapid-acting
inhaled insulin may be an option for you. Learn
how you can find out if Afrezza® is right for
you through UpScript* –a telemedicine platform.

What is UpScript?

UpScript* is a platform that allows you to schedule an appointment and meet with a doctor online. With telemedicine becoming more common, we’ve partnered with UpScript* so that you can meet with a doctor to determine if Afrezza® is right for you.

How do I get an Afrezza® prescription?

Visit getafrezza.com to get started. First, you’ll complete an online medical questionnaire. Then, you’ll have a virtual or phone consultation with a licensed physician. If it’s determined that Afrezza® is right for you, you will then have the choice to have your prescription mailed right to your home or filled at your chosen pharmacy.

Why do I need a consultation?

A consultation with a doctor is required before you can receive prescription medication. Using UpScript*, you can meet with a doctor online to get medication prescribed from the convenience of home.

How does the online consultation work?

During a virtual or phone consultation, one of the U.S.-licensed physicians will review your medical information and determine whether Afrezza® is an appropriate treatment for your type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Will insurance cover the consultation fee?

The consultation requires payment at the time of service. The consultation fee is $45.
